Our House

821 West Hampton Drive officially became the home of Butler University's Kappa Kappa Gamma in 1930.

In the 1960s, the house underwent an extensive expansion. Our home was doubled in size and this expansion created what we now call the "old hallway" and "new hallway". We have 72 bedrooms on 3 floors. Most bedrooms are doubles, but the house also includes 2 triples and a room that fits ten Kappa's that we call "The Penthouse".

We have both a formal living room and an informal living room on our main floor which both make great places for movie nights, study sessions, and midday chats. Both of these rooms have been updated within the last 5 years to include new furniture and furnishings.

Some of our house's most recognizable features are the Kappa Bulldog outside the house and the red staircase in our front entrance. Be on the lookout for these features if you get to visit!
